About
Tech lead with 15 years in enterprise architecture, cloud (AWS/GCP), and DevOps/FinOps practices. Lately I've gone back to writing code hands-on to learn Gen AI by building, not just reading about it: AI agents on AWS, each with its own observability for response time, quality, and cost.

How I think
The right architecture solves the business problem — not the most technically sophisticated one.

Four projects, the same standard.
The way I learn Gen AI is by building. AWS Bedrock, RAG, embeddings, MCP, and tools wired to my own data: each with its own stack, but the same discipline — built-in observability (response time per stage, response quality, and average cost per query) and alerts when approaching limits.
- Miyaku — Wellness appTake a photo of your food and the AI instantly calculates its calories and macros. No weighing, no endless databases.
- Personal Finance PWALog your income and expenses, set a budget by category, and check your transactions by talking to the agent.
- VTEX LogisticFind the endpoint you're looking for by chatting in natural language — it complements the API catalog, it doesn't replace it.
- Investment agentIn progressHow much you invest, what return you're getting, how much you pay in fees, and how much your money grows — all through a conversation with the agent.
